John Mack is a highly experienced e-health executive with a background in interactive technologies, training, product development and marketing. He fulfills leadership and influential roles within many e-health associations and councils focusing on the adaptation of technology to healthcare.

Mr. Mack is also president of VirSci Corporation, which provides medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, privacy, security and HIPAA consulting services to the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Mack is the publisher of Pharma Marketing News, a monthly newsletter focused on interactive pharmaceutical marketing and Federal Privacy Watch, a periodic "e-telligence" report on privacy regulations, laws and actions of interest to pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Mack often provides expert testimony and advice regarding e-health information quality and privacy issues and he is a prolific author and speaker in these topic areas. As one of the leading authorities on standards for quality health information on the Net, Mr. Mack is quoted often in the media (including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, etc.), has lectured extensively, and is an editorial or advisory board member of several prestigious health-related publications and journals.
