Instructions for Submitting Abstract to MEDNET 2002

It is important that you complete all 3 forms and submit them by selecting the submit button at the bottom of each form. Once done you will receive an acknowledgement message and an email containing the information you submitted.

The required forms are:
1. Author, Presentor and Co-Author (if applicable) contact information.
2. Abstract Subject, Text and Comments.
3. Disclosure of any commercial interests (required even if no interests).

Please read the instructions found at the bottom of the abstracts form and throughout the disclosure form to ensure that you are compliant with all requirements such as representation for all authors and full commercial disclosure.
